Our packages for Chartered Surveyors offer an easier and cost-effective way to produce your Reports. You must have a personal computer running Microsoft Word (but see note below) - you don't need to learn a different wordprocessing package.

They

  • save you money by printing your reports on plain paper. allows each text box to expand to accommodate the amount of text you are entering - you never have to use continuation pages.
  • enhance the image of your firm by producing crisp clear reports that your clients will appreciate. We can add your firm's logo if you wish.
  • will, when you have finished your Report, pick up all the condition ratings you have entered and complete the summary in section C automatically for you.
  • are supplied fully customised with your practice details - surveyor's name, qualifications and RICS number, and practice name, address, phone and fax numbers, email and website - so that you do not have to type this in every time. The multi-surveyor version allows a choice of surveyor and, where necessary, of office address.
  • produce a Word document with all of Word's formatting functionality.
  • can be used with Word's Autotext feature, which many surveyors use to store their own standard phrases and paragraphs.
  • are saved on your own system and are under your own control.
  • produce Reports that can be emailed.

  • Home Reporter 2011 to produce RICS HomeBuyer Reports; and
  • Condition Reporter 2011 to produce RICS Condition Reports.

OutSec will transcribe and create your Reports using a copy of the customised software that you purchase from us, and we make no additional charge for including them within your licence.
